      Anti-bluechip, I have CVS Caremark for part D; they have Vascepa at the same tier 3. FYI, if you call your PBM, ask about getting the 100-day supply for the same cost as the 3-month supply. Caremark informed me about that option last year, and if I have it delivered to my house, I can save another $
