1. Dynamic Sciences (CIK No. 729520) is a Nevada corporation located in Woodland Hills, California with a class of securities registered with the Commission under Exchange Act Section 12(g). As of June 10, 2009, the companyโs common stock (symbol โDYNSโ) was quoted on the Pink Sheets, had five market makers, and was eligible for the โpiggybackโ exception of Exchange Act Rule 15c2-11(f)(3). The Respondent filed a Chapter 11 bankruptcy petition in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California on October 14, 2005, which was still pending as of June 10, 2009.
2. Dynamic Sciences has failed to comply with Exchange Act Section 13(a) and Rules 13a-1 and 13a-13 thereunder while its securities were registered with the Commission in that it has not filed any periodic reports for any fiscal period subsequent to the period ended September 30, 2000.

Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED, pursuant to Section 12(j) of the Exchange Act, that registration of each class of Dynamic Sciencesโs securities registered pursuant to Section 12 of the Exchange Act be, and hereby is, revoked.

(DSII) now introduces the new DSI-450 EMI Test Measurement Receiver System to the DSI-450 product line. The new model DSI-450 is a fully compliant superhetrodyne receiver with a frequency range from 1 kHz to 4.0 GHz and sensitivity of -154 dBM (displayed average noise, RBW = 10 Hz). The new DSI-450 provides the user with the traditional perfect blend of power and value that is a signature of other DSII systems. DSII offers you performance measurements with low noise and high sensitivity in a single receiver without the extra expense of additional preselectors, preamplifiers, or software. The DSI-450 receiver is comparible to our DSI-600 that is available in frequency ranges from 20 Hz to 2 GHz, 4GHz, 12.5 GHz, 26.5 GHz, and 40 GHz. The DSI-600 Series focuses on making a complete system configuration available for conducted and radiated emission testing to meet CISPR, FCC, MIL-STD, and other user defined testing requirements.
