$DJT new HI of day coming

Trump Media & Technology Group Chief Financial Officer Phillip Juhan recently adopted a trading plan to sell as much as $12 million of shares of the parent of Truth Social.

Juhan adopted on Aug. 9 a so-called Rule 10b5-1 plan to sell a total of 400,000 shares from November 2024 to December 2025. Based on a recent market price of $30.51, those shares are valued at about $12.2 million. Trump Media disclosed the plan adoption in a form it filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Nov. 5.
