The company has changed hands, will be rebranded and traded OTC. How is it cancelled? The brokerage firm says you will get your money multiplied. What is your source?

They were canceled -they don't exist any longer.

Time will tell…a short time too. There are multiple bidders. Way crazier things have happened than a $700M revenue business being bid up by competitors wanting to be bigger in the space. In this case a business with a lot of upside. Still a big risk. There is Potential though.

Now they do. There isn't a snowball's chance in hades they'll get a bid that will cover all the debt and have leftovers for the current common shareholders. That's why the plan says to cancel the stock.

At the end of the day why do you care. I don't care about making other peoples money for them. They should not be trading if the are not aware of there surroundings. We learned that when we were kids. I agree pumpers and bashers should both be locked up. If you don't do your own homework then you shouldn't be market.

The common shares will be canceled, rendering all investment lost. That does not look good on paper and certainly will not in everyone's stock accounts that fell for the snake oil hawked by straight up con artists.
