BUENOS AIRES, ARGENTINA – September 22, 2022 – Cresud Sociedad Anónima Comercial, Inmobiliaria, Financiera y Agropecuaria (the “Company”) (NASDAQ: CRESY, BYMA:CRES), reports that it has completed the share buyback program, having acquired the equivalent of 5,676,603 CRESUD ordinary shares, which represent approximately 99.00% of the approved program and 0.96% of the outstanding shares.
