This stock is golden, and

no one recognizes it. DD will pay off here no matter what happens to the economy and stock market.

Anyone following the news this week,

this company is SOLID and safe.

NAV has gone up fifty cents this month,

and income is top of the line. What a deal!

This stock's for those already rich,

who want 7.9% in annual dividends.

$28 would be a good entry point,

and then you can safely sit on your hands. This stock was issued at $25 per share and the all time high is $29.50. The current 52 week range is $27 to $29.50.

Oh, did I mention the 7.9% annual dividend? This stock is in the right sectors of agri business and energy with the income producing potential of a muni bond- but the risk is MUCH less than the average muni bond in these uncertain times (Ms. Meredith Whitney). And the share structure is simply BEAUTIFUL!

I view this play as a place to park large sums of money for a long time. Go you Boomers!
