On January 16, 2025, CarParts.com, Inc. (the “Company”), received a letter from The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC ("Nasdaq") notifying the Company that it
has regained compliance with the minimum bid price requirement set forth in Nasdaq Listing Rule 5450(a)(1). The letter noted that for the 10 consecutive business days from December 30, 2024 through January 14, 2025, the closing bid price of the
Company's common stock has been at $1.00 per share or greater. Accordingly, the Company has regained compliance with Listing Rule 5450(a)(1), and Nasdaq considers this matter closed.
