Call-Net Enterprises Inc. Receives Ontario Superior Court Approval
of plan of arrangement with Rogers Communications Inc. Plan of
arrangement is expected to become effective tomorrow TORONTO, June
30 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Call-Net Enterprises Inc. today
received the final order from the Ontario Superior Court of Justice
relating to the plan of arrangement through which Rogers
Communication Inc. will acquire all of the outstanding common
shares and class B non voting shares of Call-Net in a share for
share transaction. The arrangement is expected to become effective
