Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On May 16, 2023, Dominari Holdings Inc. (the “Company”) and Dominari Financial Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company (“Dominari Financial”), terminated Mr. Carlos Aldavero, the President of Dominari Financial, effective immediately. As such, Mr. Aldavero is no longer affiliated with the Company nor Dominari Financial.
