On September 25, 2008, Aladdin Knowledge Systems Ltd. (the “Registrant”) issued a press release announcing an agreement by and between the Registrant and Jasmine Holdco to cancel demand for Shareholder Meeting . A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit A .
