Just Eat Takeaway.com Secures New Agreement With McDonald's to Drive Delivery Growth

Just Eat Takeaway.com said Tuesday that it has secured a long-term global strategic partnership with McDonald's Corp. that will lead to increased operational benefits.

The Amsterdam-based food-delivery group said the partnership will drive delivery growth  and improve existing local agreements. Furthermore, it will reduce complexity and improve operational efficiency, it said.

"We are excited to announce this new partnership with McDonald's, which represents a next step in growing a mutually beneficial food delivery business and opens the door for further growth in the markets in which the partnership is active," Just Eat Takeaway.com's Chief Operating Officer Joerg Gerbig said.
