Safran CFO Bernard Delpit Takes on Group Deputy CEO Role

Safran SA said Friday that Chief Financial Officer Bernard
Delpit has been appointed as group deputy chief executive in
addition to his current role.
Mr. Delpit started his new position on Jan. 14 and reports to
Olivier Andries, who took over as CEO of the French
aerospace-and-defense company on Jan. 1.
Meanwhile, the company said Sebastien Weber has been named CEO
of Safran Aerosystems, while Bruno Durand has been appointed Safran
executive vice president for production, purchasing and
performance, with both starting on Jan. 14.
Frederic Verger will join the executive committee as executive
vice president, chief digital officer and chief information officer
of Safran on Jan. 21, the company said.
