Ms. Jacobson joins Essex from Lockheed Martin Government Services Group, Inc. where she was CFO for the subsidiary formerly known as ACS Government Services, Inc. ("ACS-GS"). ACS-GS provided commercial solutions as well as engineering and technology services to the U.S. Government and other customers. With annual revenue (projected company fiscal year 2004) of almost $1 billion, ACS-GS was a subsidiary of Fortune 500 ACS, Inc. Prior to ACS-GS, Ms. Jacobson was Director, Accounting and Financial Management Division of the U.S. General Accounting Office ("GAO"). She is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a bachelor degree in accounting from Oklahoma State University.
