Capgemini SE (CAP.FR) said Tuesday that it has signed a three-year partnership agreement with Statoil ASA (STL.OS).

Financial details weren't disclosed.

Capgemini said it will support Statoil as it aims to become a digital leader among its peers.

"The agreement covers a number of specialist digital services within a broad scope of work, including data exploration and visualization, statistical modeling and predictive analytics, data engineering, digital strategy and digital service design," Capgemini said.

The services will be delivered in Norway, as well as other locations worldwide, the company said.
