The amendment extends the contract through November 2011. Under the terms of the agreement, CSC will continue to provide applications support and IT call center services to Nortel's global user community. These services leverage CSC's World Sourcing delivery centers from around the globe to provide Nortel with a high-quality, low-cost solution.
