Merant Dimensions(TM) Enables Customs and Border Protection to Streamline
       Development and Management of Law Enforcement, Financial

assets, today announced that the U.S. Bureau of Customs and Border Protection,
Department of Homeland Security, has implemented Merant Dimensions. Merant
Dimensions will play a critical role in the development and management of
numerous applications within Customs and Border Protection (CBP), including
those in the areas of law enforcement, finance and administration.

As part of the selection process, CBP identified multiple criteria for a change
management solution, ranging from flexibility in managing processes to advanced

platforms. After evaluating multiple solutions, CBP determined that Merant
