/PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Grand Toys International, Inc., a
subsidiary of Grand Toys International Limited, has been granted
rights by Binney & Smith, maker of Crayola children's art
materials, to acquire the license for the Crayola Dough line in the
U.S. and specific overseas markets from Fun-4-All Corp. Crayola is
an iconic brand that connotes color, fun, quality, and creative
expression. Crayola Dough from Grand Toys is an innovative full
line of easy-to-use modeling dough toys, play-sets and extruders
that inspire kids' creativity through an array of vibrant dough
colors named after their favorite Crayola crayon colors. Since its
introduction in 2003, retailers and consumers have responded
favorably to the rainbow of modeling dough colors, accessories and
playsets under the Crayola Dough name. Jason Mars, Director of
Merchandising for Grand U.S., commented, "We are tremendously
excited about partnering with Crayola, a leader in the children's
art category, to market in the U.S. and internationally a
comprehensive line of modeling dough. Grand plans to bring Crayola
Dough to new heights of play value with the introduction of more
eye-catching colors, along with play sets and accessories that
provide consumers with top-quality product." "Grand Toys' solid
position in the toy industry and ability to expand the Crayola
Dough line globally make it a good partner for the Crayola Dough
license," said Rick Goralnick, Binney & Smith Manager of Global
Licensing. "We're excited about where Grand Toys plans to take the
Crayola Dough line through new product development, packaging and
marketing support." About Binney & Smith: From its earliest
