OTC stocks are not mandated to be reported in 13F.. So nobody knows the latest list of sellers and buyers and any info on any website it atleast a decade old... FOlks may have doubled their position or sold and moved on.. Unless they themselves mention it , like Pershing square etc, its just a guess
