(NYSE: CNS) announced that its Board of Directors declared the company's cash dividend for the first quarter of 2009 in the amount of $0.05 per share of common stock. This is a reduction from the previous quarterly dividend of $0.10 per share. The dividend will be payable on April 17, 2009 to stockholders of record at the close of business on March 31, 2009.
