Global information management leader expands
digital portfolio, offering comprehensive solutions for information
governance and information management
Recall Holdings Limited (ASX:REC), a global leader in document
storage, digital information solutions, data protection and secure
destruction services, today announced the planned expansion of its
digital offerings.
In December 2014, the company released Recall Portal™ to its
Document Management Services (DMS) customers in the U.S., Canada,
Australia and New Zealand and launches are scheduled across Recall
markets in the United Kingdom, Europe, Asia, Latin America and
Brazil. Recall Portal™ provides customers control over their
digital and physical assets, on-demand activity reporting of
holdings, search capabilities and secure single sign-on from any
device, anytime, with further enhancements expected in the coming
months.
“Recall Portal creates greater efficiency and control over our
records management program, and its intuitive self-service features
help me to be very resourceful. Processes that once required forms,
a phone call and a waiting period can now be accomplished almost
immediately by designated personnel within our organization.
Managing the entire process is easier with Recall Portal.”

Recall is also preparing to unveil additional digital offerings
in 2015. Recall CommandIG™ will enable customers to comprehensively
apply governance to Recall-managed physical records and digital
repositories from one easy-to-use SaaS-based (Software as a
Service) application that is fully integrated with Recall Portal™.
CommandIG™ includes an information governance system and an
enterprise-class EFSS (electronic file synch and share) service,
allowing secure storage, collaboration, legal hold and digital
delivery of documents with seamless governance. This industry-first
offering will provide an intuitive information governance solution
for organizations of all sizes, from small to medium businesses to
large global enterprises.
In addition, Recall will be expanding its data production
services and cloud offerings with the addition of Recall
Replicate™, a data replication solution for offsite data backup and
archiving. As part of the Service Provider program with EMC
Corporation (NYSE: EMC), a global leader in enabling businesses and
service providers to transform their operations and deliver IT as a
service through cloud computing, Recall has developed a cloud data
replication service for EMC Data Domain. Recall Replicate™ will
provide an economical, automated method to back up a company’s
on-premise Data Domain to Recall’s secure cloud environment.
“Today’s announcement represents Recall’s continued commitment
to expanding digital services to address the needs of our growing
customer base. In the coming months, these new solutions together
with Recall’s other digital capabilities will address information
governance and native digital document storage,” said Ron
McMurtrie, Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for
Recall. “The current adoption rate of Recall Portal by our
customers illustrates the need for innovative solutions. With the
expansion of our digital portfolio, we will provide our customers
with the same security, management and governance capabilities that
they have enjoyed for years with their physical records now into
digital content repositories.”
Recall will continue to expand its digital product innovations
in FY15 and beyond. For more information on current offerings,
