OMAHA, Neb., May 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- iSECUREtrac Corp. (OTC:ISEC) (BULLETIN BOARD: ISEC) , an industry leader in electronic monitoring solutions will triple the capacity of its monitoring center to provide scalable support for agencies engaged in community supervision. The expansion is part of a longer term strategy to supplement iSECUREtrac's monitoring systems with outsourced administrative and supervisory services. Congressman Lee Terry, senior member of the Nebraska House delegation serving the Second Congressional District, will officially open the monitoring center with a ribbon cutting ceremony on May 4, 2007. "We sincerely appreciate Congressman Terry taking time from his schedule to help us commemorate this event," commented Peter Michel, President and CEO, iSECUREtrac Corp. "Many agencies charged with community supervision would like to take advantage of the benefits offered by electronic monitoring but simply lack the internal resources, skill or experience. With the expansion of our monitoring center, we will be able to make a fuller service solution available to more of our clients who need additional monitoring support as part of their community supervision or behavior modification program." Located in a 1,800 square foot facility near its corporate headquarters, iSECUREtrac's state-of-the-art monitoring center will be staffed by trained, monitoring center professionals, QA and supervisory personnel and an experienced account service team. The center will include 22 GPS and remote alcohol monitoring stations, conference rooms and a training facility. According to Kori Grosse-Rhode, Director of Customer Support, "With this expanded capacity we can assist more clients with direct monitoring center intervention when it appears an individual may be in violation of their release. Our multi-lingual staff can resolve many compliance issues without involving the agent or officer unless it becomes absolutely necessary or as a matter of protocol. This will save our clients valuable time and help lower agent stress by reducing workload." The new facility operates 24/7/365 and receives encrypted data from the company's nationally deployed GPS and alcohol monitoring systems. Monitoring information and reports are available on a single web-based software platform for easy client access by correctional officers, law enforcement or judicial officials. In addition, all monitoring data including direct interaction with monitored individuals are recorded and archived for later review. The facility's technology infrastructure will include multiple fiber-optic T-1 lines, an upgraded telephony system for advanced call routing and security and a redundant power and communications backbone to ensure uninterrupted service. In the unlikely event the new facility is completely incapacitated, iSECUREtrac maintains a redundant monitoring center in its corporate offices.
