The purchased Ordinary Shares will be held in
treasury by the Company. Following this purchase, the issued share
capital of the Company is 460,875,000 Ordinary Shares, each share
carrying the right to one vote, of which 250,000 are held in
treasury. For reporting purposes under the FCA's Disclosure and
Transparency Rules the market should exclude any shares held in
treasury and should use the figure 460,625,000 when determining if
they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their
interest in the Company. The Company will make further
announcements in due course following the completion of any further
purchases pursuant to the Programme.
In accordance with Article 5(1)(b) of Regulation
(EU) No 596/2014 as it applies in the UK (the Market
