Director Shareholdings
The Company announces that on 13 February 2023, Andrew Thomis,
Chief Executive, exercised options over 933 ordinary shares of 10
pence each in the Company (" Shares "), pursuant to the maturity of
options granted on 6 September 2019 under the Cohort plc Savings
Related Share Option Scheme.
As a result of the above transaction, Andrew Thomis' beneficial
interest in Shares is 231,394 representing 0.56% of the total
issued share capital of the Company.
The information set out below is provided in accordance with the
