Director Shareholdings
The Company announces that following payment of the Company's
interim dividend on 4 October 2022, dividends received in respect
of ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company (" Shares" )
held in an ISA by Andrew Thomis, Chief Executive and his Persons
Closely Associated (" PCAs" ) were automatically reinvested and
have now been notified to the individuals as follows:
