The Company was informed on 19 December 2003 that Erudite Ltd, a company 100%
owned by Peter Gyllenhammar, acquired 160,000 ordinary share of 20p each in the
Company ("Ordinary Shares"). Following this purchase, Mr Gyllenhammar has a
beneficial interest in 9,515,000 Ordinary Shares representing 13.16% of the
issued Ordinary Share capital.
