(Amex(R)) today began trading Morgan Stanley's Bear Market PLUS
Linked to the PHLX Housing Sector Index. Priced at $5 per unit with
an initial offer size of 1,600,000 shares, this equity trades under
the ticker symbol MFP and has a maturation date of April 20, 2007.
