On March 24, 2023, each of United States Commodity Index Fund (“USCI”) and United States Copper Index Fund (“CPER”), which are series of the United States Commodity Index Funds Trust (the “Registrant”), issued their annual financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2022, as required pursuant to Rule 4.22 under the Commodity Exchange Act. A copy of the annual financial statements for USCI is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and also can be found on USCI’s website at www.uscfinvestments.com.
