Following today's Annual General Meeting, the Company is pleased to announce
that shareholders passed all resolutions.

The shareholders also passed the Special Resolutions as set out in the Notice
of the Meeting authorising and empowering the Board in respect of sections 80,
95, and 166 of the Companies Act 1985.
