Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On May 1, 2023, Intellinetics, Inc. (the “Company”) will present information during the Taglich Brothers 19^th Annual Investment Conference (the “Conference”). The Company’s presentation and participation at the Conference will be led by James F. DeSocio, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, and Joseph Spain, Chief Financial Officer, and will include information about the Company’s business operations and strategic initiatives.
