ITEM 7.01   REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE

On March 18, 2008, China Architectural Engineering, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it has signed a contract worth approximately $50 million to build external envelopes for stations in the Dubai Metro System. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and the information therein is incorporated herein by reference.
