Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On December 16, 2021, Luba Greenwood notified the board of directors of her intention to resign as a director effective as of January 1, 2022.  Ms. Greenwood’s decision to resign was not the result of any disagreement with us on any matter relating to our operations, policies or practices.
