The Company is pleased to announce that it has placed 1,750,000 ordinary shares
of 1p each at 2.5p per share raising gross proceeds of #43,750. These funds will
be used as additional working capital.

Application has today been made for the admission of 1,750,000 new ordinary
shares of 1p each to trading on the Alternative Investment Market.

The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares
of the Company and dealings are expected to commence in the new ordinary shares
on 3 July 2003.
