Transaction in Own Shares and Total Voting Rights

Networkers International plc announces that on 2 February 2011 it purchased 75,000 of its own Ordinary Shares to be held in treasury. The shares were purchased at 30 pence each.

As a result of the above purchase, the total number of Ordinary Shares held in treasury is 5,303,540 and the number of remaining Ordinary Shares in issue is 88,818,953, which is the number which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interests in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
