Share Buyback
Idox plc (the "Company") today announces its intention to use
the general authority given to the Company by its shareholders at
the Company's last annual general meeting held on 27 February 2014
to make market purchases of its own shares (the "Authority") for
the purpose of satisfying its obligations pursuant to the Company's
share option scheme.
The Company intends to purchase up to 1,000,000 of its ordinary
shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"). This represents
approximately 0.3 per cent of the current issued share capital of
the Company.
The minimum purchase price will be 38 pence per Ordinary Share
and, subject to the limit specified in the Authority, the maximum
purchase price will be 43 pence per Ordinary Share.Under the terms
of the Authority, the maximum price which may be paid for an
Ordinary Share is an amount equal to 105 per cent of the average of
the middle-market quotations for an Ordinary Share as derived from
the London Stock Exchange Daily Official List for the 5 business
days immediately preceding the day on which the Ordinary Share is
purchased.
