    Trading update

    IDOX plc (AIM: IDOX, 'IDOX' or the 'Company'), a leading supplier of software and services to the UK public sector, announces a trading
update for the year ended 31 October 2008. 

    IDOX again finished the year strongly and the Board expects to report trading for the year in line with market expectations, with a
positive net cash position at the year end.  

    IDOX expects to report its preliminary results on Monday 8 December 2008.
