Pricing of Issue of Notes

Amsterdam, The Netherlands - 3 March 2016 - Further to its announcement earlier today Coca-Cola HBC Finance B.V. (the "Issuer") announces the pricing of its Euro denominated issue of notes (the "New Notes") in a EUR600 million transaction comprising fixed-rate Notes with a coupon of 1.875% due 11 November 2024.

The New Notes are guaranteed by Coca-Cola HBC AG and Coca-Cola HBC Holdings B.V.

Application will be made for the New Notes to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the Regulated Market of the London Stock Exchange plc. Settlement and the issue of the New Notes is expected to occur on 10 March 2016.
