Amsterdam The Netherlands - 13 March 2013 - Coca-Cola HBC AG ("Coca-Cola HBC") and Coca-Cola HBC Finance B.V. announce today the publication of the following supplementary prospectus which has been approved by the UK Listing Authority and is available for viewing:

Supplementary Prospectus, dated 12 March 2014 to the Base Prospectus dated 15 August 2013, in respect of the EUR3,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme of Coca-Cola HBC Finance B.V. as issuer and Coca-Cola HBC A.G., Coca-Cola HBC Holdings B.V. and 3E (Cyprus) Limited as guarantors (the "Supplementary Prospectus").
