Amsterdam, The Netherlands - 12 September 2013 - The Company and the Guarantor announce today that a supplement to the base prospectus dated 3 June 2013 (the "Base Prospectus") constituting a supplementary prospectus for the purposes of Section 87G of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 and is prepared in connection with the Euro Medium Term Note Programme established by the Company and guaranteed by the Guarantor (the "Supplement"), have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism of the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at: www.Morningstar.co.uk.

The purpose of this Supplement is to update the Base Prospectus to reflect the accession of Coca-Cola HBC Holdings B.V. as an Additional Guarantor to the Programme.
