Director / PDMR Shareholding

Braemar Shipping Services plc (LSE: BMS), a leading international provider of broking, financial, consultancy, technical and logistics services to the shipping, marine, energy, offshore and insurance industries, announces that the Company's Remuneration Committee granted share awards to certain PDMRs of the Company on 29 October 2018, as follows:

150,537 awards were made to James Gundy, CEO of the Shipbroking division, under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan (the "LTIP"). These awards are nil cost options to acquire ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), which will ordinarily vest in three years subject to certain performance criteria based on the Company's earnings per share and the Shipbroking division's underlying operating profit performance.

An award of 21,505 Ordinary Shares was made to Grant Smith, Managing Director of the Technical division, under the Company's Deferred Bonus Plan (the "DBP"). These shares will ordinarily vest in three years from the date of grant.
