Thyssenkrupp Elevator on Friday said would acquire Nashville Machine Elevator.

Nashville Machine Elevator's office will be integrated into Thyssenkrupp as one of its branches in the Southeast, and its 130 employees will be given the opportunity to join Thyssenkrupp.

Financial terms of the deal weren't disclosed.

Nashville Machine Elevator, began servicing and installing elevators nearly 100 years ago, had been the exclusive distributor in the Middle Tennessee area for thyssenkrupp Elevator, the company said.

Thyssenkrupp AG (TKAMY) is the parent company of thyssenkrupp Elevator.
