The rural sector has been and will always be a bust IMO. There's a reason large hospitals don't buy up all these rural hospitals. They put walk ins on every corner and refer major stuff to their main hospital. To maintain everything a hospital requires will always outweigh the need of those local folks. Just not enough cases to tap into medicaid/insurance......to make a dent to offset all the costs. Seamus did absolutely no due diligence when he took RNVA into that sector. But everyone says he's brilliant.

He can cash in a lot more than that by filing financials. Plus the OTC requirements are cake.
