Hey CoodB, I don't at all feel like your trying to encourage buying, I'm just glad to have someone to talk to about this stock... seems no one else knows about it. lol. There was a bit of buying yesterday, and I picked up a handful more in my Roth. Look forward to any news that may stir interest in this thing. Hope all is well!

Since just you and me here. Asked Ron few questions yesterday. There have been some management changes that company will be making PR soon. Also, he said some good news should be coming hopefully this weekend. I think you know I am not trying to get you or anyone else here to buy shares. I'm just trying to keep a few people informed as company does not do a very good job.

Nothing new on why no trading in stock. Ron did recently answer my questions with a long detailed update and as always seems promising but has not resulted in anything with the stock.

seems there are not many investors these days for small caps. everyone is a short term trader that are use to trading with no commission. As long as RHCO is only Pink, (and cost me $6.95 per trade), Just cannot see much volume all of a sudden. Watched a few stocks less than 10 cents trade over 1 Billion shares recently. but, most trading was for only 1-2 pennys, but commission free. do not know how to overcome this issue as it up to company to take the next to uplist..

Not sure how to generate interest and agree with your comment on volume. And, living long enough is a concern at my age. 😜

Jax You are correct. If you look at the past 4 Qtrs positive earnings, it adds up to about $..01 earnings per share. Being a growth stock one could expect at least 20-25 PE share price or $..20-$.25 . I just do not know how to get this info out. sent to a few investors but they are all waiting to see volume which I have told this bunch many times over past years that without any trading volume, investors in US are not interested as there is no exit when one wants to sell. Guess we will see if we live long enough.

That's a good story. It seems just based on this, the stock price should be higher.

Have now posted 7 consecutive Quarters of Profit. Amazing is still a $.02-$.03 stock. Some day some will discover this company. Generating Revenue (and growing), Posting a Profit, Never a R/S or Offering to Dilute shareholders.

Practically no volume and in the past it was usually me picking up a few more shares. Not sure what would peak interest, maybe profits.

Sent Ron message yesterday about "No trades" even after news. That US investors have no interest in stocks that have no volume and (well I said a lot more).
He responded they are "aware and working on it". I really don't know what that means. But, he told me last year they had spent a lot on trying to promote the stock but it was wasted money. I do not know if that is the plan now or not. Ron always answers my questions but the answer is usually very brief.

With PINK status restored, understand the auditors will pick up "where they left off" this week to prepare to upgrade to OTCQB.
Trying to find out more about the Finexeble trading platform and when actually live. Will not be available in US but if they can generate income, I do not care as world is a big place. Lot of opportunity out there...

Have heard (and also from a second source), "Yield" should be removed this coming week. Might have not stated properly in the past, but until OTC recognized the Management change (and I am now assuming they have), Company could not file financial Info. Thus could not get back to "Pink" from "Yield" due to lack of financial info (how stupid is that). We are due Sept. and Dec Qtr financials.
I have made a new contact that seems to know what is going on. He is not is US but watches this site. Asked me to join a Discord for RHCO and ask me to ask you also "without me mentioning you". I'll get back to you on that when I know more about it.

Jax. Nice to see such small volume made such big % gain in stock.
Cannot promise OTC issue will be resolved soon. But, I know all details and has to do with litigation that is really unrelated to current operations of RHCO. New CEO is in fact CEO as stated in this recent PR. Wish I could say more but trust me it will be resolved and when it is there will be good news to follow.

As I said before, OTC issue is mostly what "dave8888" stated on 1/30.
Expecting to be resolved soon and company still plans to Up-list once all is resolved with OTC questions.
Company is still doing well and will be interesting to see earnings reports once all is resolved.

Hey Jax! Everything "dave8888" said is true from my talks with Ron. I just did not want to get in trouble for stating "too much" info. However, since he/she did, it is what Ron told me.
I have no idea what might happen here with this stock and company. But, since they were profitable for last few quarters and seems that is still the case, just cannot believe this is a $.02 cent stock.
Have bought more recently and not planning to sell any until this is resolved. Will decide as things develope.

I have discovered that Mr. Richard Klitsie, the former CEO of Readen Holding Corp (OTC - Stock Ticker: RHCO), has been posting on this message board using the username Ronaldfatass.

As a friend of the company, I've come across new filings indicating that Mr. Richard Klitsie is facing an upcoming lawsuit. Additionally, I am aware that Mr. Ronald Steenbergen, who faced charges of Tax Evasion in a Dutch court, is awaiting his appeal.

Mr. Steenbergen was convicted in absentia because he did not appear in court. At the time, he was residing in Hong Kong, and due to COVID-related travel restrictions, it was impossible for him to travel to Europe to show up in court. Despite Steenbergen's request to postpone the court hearing, the Dutch court did not accept the extension request.

The development now is that there is an appeal, the situation will be rectified.


Furthermore, it's important to note that Steenbergen has not been involved with RHCO for an extended period.

Fellow investors, it is advisable to have a clear understanding of the facts surrounding the case before passing judgment. Even Mr. Steenbergen told me not to react to this post.

The last week of Dec. was last I heard OTC had requested Info. But, I thought that was the 4th time.
On Jan 11 was told OTC has requested clarification and "they" have sent "5 times adjusted paperwork from the lawyers".
Was told that day before the OTC "mentioned to our lawyers that they are reviewing again".
So answer is no, but they seem to think it should be re-solved soon.

CoodB, did you get any sense of how long till these occur?

Ron always answers my questions. Translation is issue.
Recently learned the OTC "yield" has more to do with New CEO announced in Sept. Appears previous management had an issue with that.
OTC still asking questions as to management change and previous mgmt. (complaint).
Expects to be resolved soon, but appears cannot file Financials until OTC "recognizes" new management.
Despite that, was told company is still doing very well and all will be OK!

Interesting volume today.
