Streetervillle is protecting the assets it expects the receiver to monetize in due course. That would include necessary maintenance AND paying the property taxes due to Hamilton County in September. BTW, the property tax bill for September is about $116K...a decent chunk of the $500K Streeterville allegedly advanced.
And given SHMP's typical monthly expenses for G&A and operations, the remaining $400K will be just enough to pay the wages of whoever looks after the place, and pay the utilities, insurance, etc.
Notice the complete lack of any reference to LaCosteUnknown, which, according to other posts, appears to have been all but shut down already.
SHMP is toast. The burnt, stinky kind. Not the tasty shrimp-toast kind.

DALLAS, TX, Sept. 17, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- NaturalShrimp, Inc. (OTCQB: SHMP) (the “Company” or “NSI”), a Biotechnology Aquaculture Company that has developed and patented the first seafood-focused commercially operational RAS (Recirculating Aquaculture System), today announced that, despite recent litigation, it has entered into discussions with Streeterville Capital, LLC (“Streeterville”) to resolve current issues, including the litigation, and to continue growing and expanding the production of the Company’s sushi grade shrimp.
Notwithstanding the litigation in Utah, the principals of both the Company and Streeterville seek a resolution that works for both companies. In this respect, prior to the filing of the lawsuit, representatives of Streeterville toured the Company’s Webster City Facilities in Iowa and were impressed enough by the technology and the work of the Company’s employees that Streeterville agreed to and did enter into a Line of Credit Agreement totaling up to $500,000. Since the initial funding under the Line of Credit, Streeterville has continued to advance funds to NaturalShrimp to cover operational costs.
Rather than shutting down its operations in response to the litigation or seeking protection under U.S. Bankruptcy Laws, Gerald Easterling stated that a better alternative is to continue seeking an amenable solution with Streeterville. Over the long term, the Company seeks to increase its production, grow its shrimp and expand its operations and ultimately uplist to a national exchange.

Get your friends and family to do the same. LoL SMH Why would my friends ad family concern you?
They don't trade and most are Soy Milkers from France and the UK. They do, however, know that the London Bridge has fallen down and the reptilian Rothschild Central Banks regime are collapsing one by one. I already informed them earlier but their interests lie in Soy Milk and Crumpets LoL SMH. It saddens me, I know but what can I do when the family is geared around Soy Milk? Their future is dimly lit as it is and with the Queen gone, it's over for most of Europe were famine is beginning to set in. They can eat cake, I guess.
I've been trying to get some of them to come to Texas but what can I do to change a Soy Milkers mind that's stuck in a rut. SMH
God Bless Texas where Shrimp is Natural and unpolluted and catching on to the masses.

There was a hearing yesterday. No mention of the outcome in that release. Also, per the 8K, a receiver was appointed ex parte prior to yesterday's hearing. Therefore, unless the Court required the received to immediately relinquish control of NSI's assets, which would tend to include mechanisms of communicating for and on behalf of NSI, not sure who had the authority to make the representations in, let alone publish that puff piece dated the same day as the hearing.
