Streetervillle is protecting the assets it expects the receiver to monetize in due course. That would include necessary maintenance AND paying the property taxes due to Hamilton County in September. BTW, the property tax bill for September is about $116K...a decent chunk of the $500K Streeterville allegedly advanced.

And given SHMP's typical monthly expenses for G&A and operations, the remaining $400K will be just enough to pay the wages of whoever looks after the place, and pay the utilities, insurance, etc.

Notice the complete lack of any reference to LaCosteUnknown, which, according to other posts, appears to have been all but shut down already.

You don’t know what ? All in definitely came right after ME in the teens on the first big run up to .90’s though and so did Cherry unless he was here already with me and Too Frank I forget it was 6 years ago lol.

Like I said I first bought at .03 and sold at .09 then bought back in at .11 on the run up to the .90’s. I sold the rest for thousands in the .20-.40’s. There was a few guys that actually pulled a quarter million off this scam on the run up ! I was like bail ship !! And they did lol Never saw those guys come back haha. I was happy to pull like 3-4 grand profit here but I blew it really I should have made 20-30 grand since I found this before anyone knew what it was and before they got the now worthless patent lol.

They're sold easily and shipped to happy customers who want fresh unpolluted product.

The demand is there with no complaints. Testimonies are loving the product.

If you don't like fresh product, there's frozen at the store from polluted waters in China that retails for $15 a pound. So 17.60 per pound that's pure and non toxic isn't such a bad idea after all really.

There was a hearing yesterday. No mention of the outcome in that release. Also, per the 8K, a receiver was appointed ex parte prior to yesterday's hearing. Therefore, unless the Court required the received to immediately relinquish control of NSI's assets, which would tend to include mechanisms of communicating for and on behalf of NSI, not sure who had the authority to make the representations in, let alone publish that puff piece dated the same day as the hearing.

You do understand that Streeterville has an interest in maintaining SHMP’s assets in as best a condition as possible…and insure that RE taxes get paid.

SHMP has little cash for maintenance and utilities, and certainly not enough for the upcoming $116K tax bill.
