First thing that will happen is this CON will be sent to the Expert Market to DIE. JADA shares will be untradable except to liquidate your position.

I'm guessing that the other filings are in the works. It looks like he's trying to get the company off of the ground, because of the line of credit available. If he's getting a frozen dinner business going, it may take some time for it to bloom. There may be sales ($$$) in the first quarter. An update would be nice to know. I hope he's not playing a shell game using JADA for tax relief on another business or businesses, I'm willing to give him the benefit of the doubt though. IMO.

LOL...that's the THIRD annual report that Willy has now filed. What hasn't been filed is the required Attorney letter by the SEC. Oh wait,where are the Q1 financials?? NEVER FILED and not even a late filing notice.

Guess what.... the Q2's are due in two weeks.

Bottom Line: From the OTC site- The company does not currently offer any products or services.

So, Sellers finally got around to filing the Annual List on 7/09/2024. That is the " Big News."

It was in default for quite a while. Then updated to active. It does show life in the grave yard. IMO.

I don't know how to link. If you go on www.nvsos.gov then under businesses, click on business entity search and type in Jade Art Group in the name location. You should be able to find it.

What does it mean to you? Simply a pulse? This new guy should call the CEO...get a sermon.

What seller? According to their fins, no CDs or issued shares, am I missing something? On top of the A/S haven't budged for a year.

Sellers will run this shell even further into the ground until he's owed so much " consulting " fees that it will be even less attractive to potential interested buyers. Sellers' ego and greed will both contribute to his and shareholder eventual failure here. IMO

Both good comments about the reality of the situation. Need to apply pressure toward sale of ticker...or this goes dead. Already no pulse...
Anyone know what an OTC ticker goes for in general? Is this one in 'good shape' or 'bad shape'...what are the characteristics? The simpler the share structure, the better is probably the golden rule? Something was added to allow issuance of Preferred Shares, IIRC, but I dont' think any were actually issued...is that right?

Sellers hasn't been able to generate any action since he took over. He released two BS LOI early on which were so weak that they immediately failed to produce any pps increase. Possibly, if he sold JADA, the new owner's PRs would be, at minimum, more creative thereby increasing the pps temporarily providing an opportunity for us bag holders to exit this POS. Just thinking out loud. GLTA!

It would be added into the selling price of this ticker. Willy won't be adding to the AS and dumping shares,whoever buys this ticker would. For a $50-60.00 filing fee the new owners could add a billion shares or five billion shares to the AS in ten seconds. Then start posting the same worthless PR like slick Willy did and the pps jumps and they dump.

Rinse and repeat as it were...........

Wouldn't they have to sell shares to actually 'get' this money out of the company? I mean there is no cash, there is no financing, so I guess the question is, how long will it be before they sell shares? To get $3M...they will have to sell 300M shares to get $3M cash. Not possible I don't think...there is 59M shares still available to issue...but that will only get you $590,000 at $.01 share price.
Thoughts? Do you think these boneheads will sell shares this year? Anyone ever asked the Grand High Poobah about that?

How many years of mismanagement on your coin, will it take, to push you to action?? Shareholders have been entirely too receptive to this guy, while stealing their money. What are the results when a penny shell like this is investigated by the SEC? If they find fraud...do they sometimes force a sale of the shell?
