I agree; but there can never be any guarantees given; especially in the sub penny world.
I'm confident lots of good things going to be happening here; I think I'm going to start curtailing
my frustration and impatience; and wait for it all to happen. For me, with my large position, it doesn't matter how long it takes.
I'm just bummed as well; that my investment capital is low right now to be able to add, at these crazy low prices.

Maybe the CEO does not realize he has an American OTC Shell and that is why he is not communicating.

One should measure the risk/reward at the price they are buying in at; along with the potential of the company when entering.
So much comparable crap has ran; and this Co. with actual earnings, cash, no debt, and a book value 4 times higher,
and money for mergers and or acquisitions, will have it's time. It's ok, but a shame peops like active pump and dumps;
and would rather go with that; then see a tremendous opportunity; even if it's a waiting period.
Can we go lower of course; but I never knew anyone with a crystal bowl that can know the bottom or top.
Again, if you have no real interest here; which I think you do; focus on your actual investments.

I hear this too much on an open Forum. If the Ceo is truly in this for right reasons then the so called negative voices will be proven wrong....right?
At this point in the game the focus should be on the Ceo to give some updates. He doesn't have to give specifics but just communicate to the Markets beyond just Otcmarkets financials.

It's been over a year since a Press Release has been sent out. Sure the financials look incredible but why didn't the Ceo send out any Press Releases this year telling the Market that? If there is a merger taking place is that what he is waiting for? Who knows what is going, hopefully he says something before the end of September 2024.

IMO, usually a sign of something coming PR wise;
