It can exist forever. It won't get skull and bones. The only way to make this desist is if one of the directors files for bankruptcy. It's a very timely process and much a burden dealing with court shit. Bringing in court questions opens up a can of worms. They'd much rather avoid that. So instead, they give it up to new management, which happened here. There was a trade yesterday, so it's good for another 364 days.

How long can they stay on the EM before be bucked to skull and bones?
