It is still a dilution and it will put a lid on the SP because, whenever the SP starts to head up, selling comes into the market. To some extent, we now just never know if the upside is capped... at least in the short/mid-term.

MK has a long track record going back years of small atm buys, usually followed by declining prices. Why should this time be different? Maybe people would pay attention if he bought from offering to help RDGL even a little?
