2018 /CNW/ - Caribbean Utilities Company, Ltd. (TSX:CUP.U)
("CUC" or "the Company") announced today that the Board of
Directors has declared an increase in the regular quarterly
dividend from US$0.17 to
US$0.175 per Class A Ordinary Share.
This represents a 3% increase to US$0.70 per share on an annualized basis. The
dividend will be payable June 15,
2018 to shareholders of record June
1, 2018.
CUC provides electricity to Grand
Cayman, Cayman Islands,
under a non-exclusive Electricity Generation Licence expiring in
2039 and an exclusive Electricity Transmission and Distribution
