•    Online brokerage and financial-services company E-Trade Financial Corp's. (NASDAQ:ETFC) share prices declined 14.64% to $7.99 a share after its fourth quarter revenue figures came in below the Street's expectations

•    SanDisk Corp's. (NASDAQ:SNDK) share prices fell 11.37% after the flash-memory supplier warned that weaker demand could lower its revenue in the first half of the fiscal

•    National cable TV provider Time Warner Cable Inc's. (NYSE:TWC) shares increased 7.81% after the company posted earnings that topped analysts' estimates. Additonally, the company raised its dividend 17% to 56 cents per share and also announced plans to buy back its shares
