Data Services, Inc., a premier provider of outsourcing services to
the asset management industry, today announced that Joan Dowd, Chief Compliance Officer (CCO), will
retire after 33 years with the company.

has been a key contributor in expanding our compliance solutions
and developing the expertise of the team."
Under the leadership of Ms. Dowd, Boston Financial has built a
deep and comprehensive compliance program to support its clients'
38a-1 requirements, developed a suite of online compliance tools,
and hosted annual CCO Due Diligence Forums and quarterly webcast
series. In addition, Ms. Dowd worked closely with industry groups,
such as ICI and NICSA, on policy issues and was an advocate for the
industry.
As a result of her retirement, Craig
Hollis will assume the role of Chief Compliance Officer and
retain his current responsibilities as AML Officer and Managing
Director. He joined Boston Financial in July
2004 and has 30 years of mutual fund transfer agency
experience. Hollis currently oversees all operational aspects of
Boston Financial's Compliance department, including 22c-2, blue
sky, and unclaimed property administration services. Additionally,
he is the chairman of the Risk Management Committee at Boston
Financial.
